Hey I have this client who would like the front of his house to have flat stone put on it. I would like to know how much I should charge him per sq ft. There is about 350 sq ft.

I know that some stone costs more then others so what ever way you think is easiest for you to explain how I could charge him (with material/ without material) would be much apperciated.

$4.900.00
14.00 per foot is the going rate.

I am not sure this is the right forum for you.

If you are in the business of renovation and design services, you should already have your resources for pricing.

It's a big matter of your business..And you should take a right decision for this deal. Try to estimate that what will be the labour charges which you'll have to pay by yourself.. Then sum up your total profit excluding all the travelling expenses.
