Question: Refinishing pine (tongue and groove) flooring

I have a customer who wants me to refinish her pine plank floors. The planks were installed about 10 years ago and were urethaned without stain.

My question has to do with the gaps/spaces between the planks. The customer wants to minimize or eliminate the gaps.

Any suggestions as to how best to do this? She likes the natural look of the wood so wants me to strip and re-urethane.

If you go to an actual hardwood flooring store, they sell a semi-liquid wood filler. You can get it in different shades or tint it to the colour you want. After your first sanding, you install it similar to grouting a tile floor, then lightly sand.

Sorry I can't remember the brand name, it's been a while since I used it.
