I have a wood deck that is approx. 250sq. ft. It has bench wood seating all the way around. Problem is a few parts are rotting but most, (90% plus), is good.

My question, is it feasable to have it repaired and if so what would the approx. cost be?

Thanks.

Hello, in response to your question, in most cases repairs can be done.

You can certainly repair sections of a deck that need it.

Why don't you post this in the "post your project " section. Then local contractors can come and take a look at it and give you a price.

Take note however, (this is my opinion, and may even be the law) once another contractor does anything to your deck, they are now responsible (and maybe even liable) for bringing any deficiencies up to code. So expect someone to take a very close look at everything and they may point out other aspects of the deck that have either rotted away, or are not to current code and need to be addressed.

Good luck.

Definitely you could replace whatever got rotten of the deck, however we could not able to provide any cost unless we see the job.

Thanks
