Basement Renovation, Tiles , Spray Ceilings (popcorn ceilings) In and Out Repairs, Plaster This means very straight walls, No markings when you look walls. No problems AFTER 1-2-3 and more years. I did many houses in Etobicoke, Toronto, Oakville Cambridge ect.. in past years- never received a call from owners after job completed for repairs or problems!! Do not give your house in a hands of low quality cheap stucco contractors -- the damage will cost you thousands of loss!!! VERY IMPORTANT!!!!! BEFORE HIRING STUCCO CONTRACTOR ASK TO SEE THEIR PAST JOBS for 2-3-4 years (go and see them closely -don''t be lazy, don''t just trust peoples word!!) this might save you thousands!!!$$$ ASK OWNERS for contractor behaviour, problems with stucco, water leaks, cracks. See if there are allot of trowel markings in the finish coat- if yes- this mean stucco is uneven and never been sanded properly-This mean your house will look in the same ugly finish coat as the one you examine SEE the moulding cornes for cracks- if yes- this mean your house will be the same. ASK for price for SQ FOOT If less than $8 PSQ foot this mean your stucco will be done with WEAK and THINNED MATERIALS- in this case expect problems in less than a year(pilling off finish coat, cracks in the wall and the mouldings etc.) Normal price for stucco surface is between $8-13 per sq. foot- depends of existing surface and other. RENOVATION ,BASSEMENTS, TILES, CEILINGS ECT.... I also do complete and/or partial basement and bathroom renovations and ceramic tiles. I do ceiling repairs popcorn SPRAY CEILINGS, RESPRAY REPAINT ceilings. I do taping and basement DRYWALL, electrical, plumbing- smaller jobs only..
