Just purchased our house in Georgetown - 2700 square foot on 2 upper floors....basement hasn't been developed at all! There is a bathroom roughed in....ideally we'd like a bathroom, wet bar, playroom, bedroom (likely to require expanding the basement window for a safe fire exit though!), and a small fitness room. Main entrance foyer
We just moved in a 12 year old home in Georgetown. We have no closet when you walk into the house. We would like to build a closet on the left hand side once you walk in and that wall would need to come down. We have a double car garage and would tear into some of that space. On the right side of the entrance hall, we would like to add a wall and possibly tear down a decorative wall which is a bit further down the hallway. Basement Renovation
I need my basement done ... Two year old end unit Townhome in Georgetown, Ontario. Townhome is about 2,000 square feet. I've estimated about 750 square feet of basement needs to be done. It's insulated from floor to ceiling currently. I would like one room like a great room ....for couch, table, large flat screen tv.....possible small bar with sink and fridge...want stairs carpeted over existing wood.....either laminate or decent grade carpet with some underpad for whole floor except bathroom......Want tiled bathroom with shower enclosed by glass door (standard glass door is fine)...I will provide vanity, toilet, sink, etc....bathroom roughed in. Otherwise furnace hot water heater closed in.....and possible excercise room/storage room.....Need walls open at stairway....Install some sound insulation in ceiling.Pot lights in great room.....regular lights in bathroom and storage room.Install a phone jack and some cable jacks and some electrical outlets. all doors and handles and baseboards to match existing in home.All walls and ceilings to be dry walled, taped , sanded, primed and painted.Frame all walls with 2 by 4 wood studs.Lower heat ducts to floor. Add one cold air return. Do all plumbing connections for bathroom and possible bar.

Concrete pad for hot tub
Need to put a concrete pad in my backyard for a future hot tub purchase. Area is dug out to 7-8" depth already, just needs stone/screening material and cement. Area is approx 80 sq ft, 8.5' by 9.5' and will butt up against house and existing ground level deck. My house has a walkout basement, so there is a slope to come down to bring materials in, but backyard area is flat. I want to get this work done immediately, looking for price.

Garage foundation
Garage foundation in Georgetown. Need excavation, backfill, forming and floor poured only. 18'x30' , 9' opening on one end and 6' opening on the other, 4' deep plus a 1' curb. War time bungalow, garage is in the backyard, need light excavation equipment as the septic tank is under the driveway. Also the closest the concrete truck can be is 30' from the garage because of overhead power lines. Other option is just a floating pad (no foundation wall), with the same dimensions. Would like a quote for both options. Job is for the spring but I need the quotes as soon as possible.

Basement Renovation
We have a 10 year old house (2350 square feet on two floors). We would like to get 3/4 of our basement finished in phases. We would like someone to come and do the framing. Then we have arranged to have the wiring done by a friend. Then we would like the ceiling and walls drywalled. This is a job that could be done between other jobs. Outdoor railings
As I step out my rear sliders, I step onto a deck, that goes out four deck boards wide. (20 inches). There are then 7 steps down to the patio. Each step has a riser of 6 inches, and a tread of 10 inches. I am looking to purchase wrought iron railing for each side...they would look the same. I have put additional blocking under the deck and assume that the posts would be lagged. If possible, would like the upper ends lagged into the brick of the house.
