New Garage Construction
We are looking for a qualified contractor to build a garage. The garage measurements will be approximately 24 X 30 feet. The landscape will have to be cleared, some trees will have to be cut down. From what we were told, we will need an engeneered slab. The contractor will be responsible to build this garage from top to bottom with windows and doors. Wall Repairs Required.
This 6 unit apt brick building needs repairs to an external wall. The bulging bricks near the top of the wall need to be replaced and secured so as to maintain the integrity of the structure. The bulging bricks seem to be as a result of ice build up under the flashing at the top of the wall. I need a quote so that I can get this repaired ASAP.

Small Drop Ceiling Installation
Hi, I bought the supplies from Home Depot to install a drop ceiling in a small basement bedroom (long beams, the connector beams inbetween, tiled, the kit with the wire and pulls and such. I am however worried if I do it, it will not be level and look like crap not to mention I don't want it to come crashing down on anyones head. I am wondering what the cost might be to have someone pop over and install it for me. The room is around 9 x 10/11, with an angle on one corner and a dip for a closet area. The issue is, I need it done this weekend sometime as someone is moving into the room on Monday Sept 6th.

North facing front yard needs curb appeal. 1. Extension of front stoop/entry into yard: existing concrete stoop =61 inches wide. Would like to extend stoop another 6-7 feet into yard. Wall removal

We have a dirt floor crawl space underneath our basement floor of our home. From the bottom of the joices to the dirt floor, it is approximately 16 inches to 2 feet. The crawl space square footage is approximately 24x48 feet and we are looking to have it cleaned out (ie: mold, debris, bugs, etc.), stone cribs removed and replaced with steal posts and a proper footing under each post, sump pump, then an encapsulation system installed professionally and by a certified contractor who can provide a warranty. several different projects for home repair
1. New front steps on porch. There are four steps which are unsafe at present. We want new 12" steps, approx. 48 inches wide with four stringers with rails on both sides built with pressure treated lumber. We want to replace the tub with either a smaller tub with tiled walls and some cubboards or a walk in shower. It is a small bathroom in a house built in 1926. We will also want the floor tiled as well and a fan installed. 3. We need an old chimney removed from the roof down to the basement ceiling. It is a brick chimney running through a corner of our kitchen. 4. We need wiring to be updated and some plugs run in rooms where there are none at present. 5. Our roof has been leaking on one side of an existing dormer window. We have had it repaired several times but we feel it is time to replace this section of roof. Ice dams build up beside the dormer and along the edge of the roof. The area is approximately 12 feet by 12 feet with a section running up the side of the dormer. 6. Our basement is leaking in different spots needs repair. We have a budget of around 9000.00 dollars which will be supplied through the City of Sudbury home repair program. We need quotes on the various projects which will be submitted to the City and then we will decide which projects get approved and then we will pick the ones which suit our budget. Payment for the projects will come from the City of Sudbury once the work is completed. They told us they would issue a check once they inspected the work. This check issuing process would take about a week. All work has to be completed by March of 2010.

Hardwood flooring installation, removal of existing flooring and carpet as well as disposal.
We will purchase the flooring and have it readily available. No tools will be supplied. Work can be done monday to friday between 8am till 6pm. The rooms being done are the living room and dining room as well as a small hallway . Currently they are seperated by a rug and lamenent flooring, I'm looking to have it all one floor. Demensions are approx. 11ft 6in by 25ft 2in and the hallway approx. 6ft by 3ft. The diningroom connects to the kitchen so a border will have to be put in. I have not purcased the flooring as of yet ... still undecided but it will definitly be hardwood flooring wheather its glue down, nail down or floating is uncertain at this time.

concrete walkway 3' x 10' that needs to be levelled and resurface. concrete steps (8 steps each 3' wide) that need to be resurfaced. They are crumbling. large retaining wall with 7" by 20" which has a crack in the concrete from top to bottom. Crack is large and part of retaining wall has shifted outward.
