Project Description: We have a simple gable roof. We had many very tall poplars on our property that are now gone but our roof was very shaded for many years. There has been some small damage from falling branches and also rotting of wood underneath tiles. There is moss on tiles. Recently, we think squirrels have come in through the attic. Our home is approximately 22-25 years old. We believe it's the original tiles on the roof. There may be a need to repair soffits/fascia from tree branch damage. We do have a whirly bird for ventilation on roof. That was installed by my brother about 4 years ago because roof ventilation was poor. Our home is approximately 1200-1400 sq. ft. Our home is quite tall (2-1/2 storeys). We want tiles that have a 25 or 30 year life span.
