Project Description: I have an abundance of water on my lot, and want to have a trench created around the perimeter to keep water away from the middle of my yard. facing the back of my lot the left side would need 30-35 feet of trench. across the back from left to right is about 65 feet of trench. the right side is where the longest run is, it is the access way so there is a minimum of 90 feet required here, an additional 90 feet maybe required depending on how you would end the trench. materials would include weeping tile stone and top soil. i would also like to have the excess earth (mostly clay) removed.

Project Description: I have an existing builder deck that needs to be torn down and replaced with a 14 X 6.5 deck. This deck on off the second floor kitchen and would be attached to the back of the house. I would need three new posts dug for this new deck. There is an existing deck on the ground level (walk out basement) so you would have to tear up a couple of boards to dig the new posts. I have a permit and the material. I live in the Bolton area.

Marco gave regular updates on progress and contacted us quickly about any issues that came up. Staff and tradesmen were punctual and courteous, and their work was of high quality. The finished bathroom matches exactly the design we discussed, the tile work is excellent and everything works nicely. Overall, working with Rosmar was a very positive experience.

We just completed our custom new home construction in June 2008. Here are my 10 reasons I know we had professional top-grade plumbing work.: 1. I have built at least 35 or so playgrounds and the most user-friendly and with good quality materials is the Sunray playground equipment. It comes with a DVD that you don't need if your capable following instructions, and plenty of options so you can build basic sets, complex sets or if you want to build a custom set for your kids. I've bought the last 5 or 6 at Costco. Good luck and bring a friend the boxes are heavier than you would think.
