Ben was a pleasure to work with from the quoting and advice stage, through to completion and clean-up. We had (what we understood to be) a tricky waterproofing situation, however Ben was able to provide us with confident advice and at a reasonable cost. I had received possibly 5 quotes on this job, and Ben and his team were by far the best contractors to work with, and did a thorough job. He even revised his estimate after having begun the job to remove the addition of a sump pump, after he conducted some tests and realized we didn't need it - even after purchasing the new sump pump and all. Rainy period was coming which would assuredly result in water seeping into my basement. Contractor was aware of that and got the job done before the rains came. Am happy to have a dry basement.

Who to call?
Our decorative outside fan vent blew off which has left some exposure. Need someone to go up on a ladder and repace it (hubby has bad foot so cannot do it himself ). I really do not know who to call for this. Thank you
