Last year we had a new shower stall installed in our basement. Ever since it was completed, there has been a leak outside the shower into the drywall. The contractor re-caulked it once but has since taken a job out of province. The baseboard has been removed because of mould and the wall behind the baseboard is always wet and spongy. It's not a big job as the areas to be fixed are small providing someone can find the origin of the leak.

I am looking for someone to give me a quote to put a new roof on my house. Looking for 40 yr shingles, sq footage is 3500. The roof is walkable...4/12 pitch. I would like a quote to strip and replace and also to go over existing shingles. I understand that going over top voids any warranty but we are selling in a couple years so the warranty isnt transferable anyways so please limit the number of pros and cons as I am fully aware. Roof vents are in good shape and do not need replacing. Will most likely replace the stink pipe. Very easy access to roof and a dumpster or stake truck can be parked right beside the house for easy disposal. I will also need my chimney re capped and flashed. Chimney is 9 ft x 3 ft and is at the ridge of the roof. Thanks and reply with any other questions if needed.

Driveway is around 50 feet long and 20 feet wide. Has always had gravel. The house is about 60 years old. Some cement padding exists in the driveway at present. I would like the gravel replaced with asphalt.
