Project Description: Due to improper basement insulation it looks like we need to remove all the drywall on outer walls to correct. Since this is the case we are looking at a full basement renovation that includes moving some rooms walls and opening up the stairwell to some degree. Also included in the basement is a full bathroom renovation including a custom shower ,drop in jet tub and a stacking laundry set. Inspect all electrical wiring and upgrade lighting.
