Project Description: I just put a 27 foot above ground pool in and need a deck around it. I want to put stairs from my existing deck down to a landing approx 10 feet by 10 feet and then wrap a deck all the way around the pool approx 4 feet wide. I would also like a privacy rail or fence alll the way around the decking approx 4 or 5 feet high. Would like to get this done before end of June. I live in Enfield

They have no construction trades per se, hiring smaller company (trades) based on cheapest price not quality and experience, their site supervision is very poor. This company is extremely argumentative where client becomes secondary. Nickel and dime style building approach. Most of their sub trade companies talked negatively about them and their poor scheduling, some no longer will work for them. Communication between Scotian Homes and all trades was extremely poor, no wonder so much work had to be re-done. Control over material delivery was poor, where far to much product was destroyed or damaged from handling and site storage.
