We have a two tier deck and it was stained 4 years ago but it since has come off. Need cleaned and stained. The railings has some stain on them still. It is about 12' x 22 ' and bottom teir about 14'x 16' with two steps in between. It is cedar. Not sure if staining or sealing or both is required. Or if power washing or sanding is required. I'm looking for knowledgable company for expert advice.

A couple of years ago we had our old shower removed and replaced with a MAXX Tigris neo-angle shower by a "professional". The problem is that it has continued to cause problems since day one with leaking in one corner and the one door scrapping. We have had the "professional" come back in a few more times to try and fix the problems but it still continues to leak. (shower has been rechalked several times and would be fine for a bit and then start to leak again). He never did fix the door and now the rubber seal on the edge of the door started to fall apart (MAXX did send replacements for this). We have had professional Chalkers come in and rechalk that corner as well and again the leaking would stop for a bit and then start again. We have had someone else come in lately to try and fix it and he noticed that the shower was not level and perhaps it was leaking from the opposite corner and running down and out the other corner. We then made a call to MAXX and we discovered that the original installer never chalked it properly in the first place (did not silicone the walls to the base ) and used the wrong chalking. Unfortunately this someone else is unable to do the job at the present time and we are therefore looking for a true professional to take the shower apart, fix the drywall that has gotten damaged and reinstall the shower properly.
