Project Description: I need to finalize the renovations in a house in Fox Creek AB. Fox Creek is located about 250 kms from Edmonton, so finding contractors out there is a hassle and getting materials there is problematic because they have a very small hardware store there and I have no truck. This house was a rental that got trashed and will be sold when renos are done. I had a contractor out there who did alot of work, but I stopped work for a bit and he has since picked up alot of work elsewhere and is tied up for over a month. What needs to be done still is -Wiring in a whirlpool tub -Tiling of tub enclosure -3-6 Light Fixture installs -2 bathroom vanity and sink intstalls - Kitchen cabinets are assembled already and need to be installed - Kitchen countertop install -New Front and Back Door install - All the bedrooms and bedroom closets need door installation - Carpet and underlay is at the site and is cut to size and needs install - New recepticles throughout - A new banister needs to be installed - 1 broken picture window in the living room Thats all I can think of right now Most of the materials are already on site but I do need a few more things still.
