Bathroom Renovation
Hi, A bathroom needs to be modified to make it wheelchair accessible and below are a list of modifications that we'd like to have done. Is it possible to get an estimate on how much this project with cost? Modifications: -widen entrance to the bathroom from 28.5 in to 32 in. -Tear down closet and shower and replace it with a large roll-in shower (30x59in). -The shower needs to have tempered glass and a swing door. -marble tile within shower needs to be removed and replaced with a non-slip surface -shower controls need to be lowered -marble tile on bathroom floor needs to be removed and replaced with vinyl flooring. -lighting needs changed to motion detected lighting -outlets and switches need to be lowered -remove wall where toilet and bidet are enclosed in -remove bidet -replace shelving in closet with a retractable shelving unit -remove 3 lower cupboards below vanity.
