Painting - 3 rooms to start
I am looking for a quote to have the following painted: A basement (approx. dimensions 20*13), a spare room (approx. dimensions 9*10) and a small storage room (approx. dimensions 9*6). Currently the rooms are dark green and dark purple, so they will clearly need a coat or two or primer. The house is an older house. Please confirm if this quote would include the ceilings to be painted as well as the paint. Also, I would like to know what the price for is for an average sized room to be painted (including the ceilings/baseboards) paint excluded, if possible. The above quote for the 3 rooms is for a client of mine, so I would also like to know if there is special pricing for businesses as I am looking to have a painter that I can potentially refer for upcoming/future clients as well. Anxiously awaiting quotes and replies.
