Project Description: I need a window cut in the lower level of a bugalow home in Lower Sackville. There is a den in the basement that we would like converted to a bedroom but need a legal sized window for a basement bedroom. This will require the earth around the foundaton to be excavated down approx 4' and a window well installed to protect against water and collapsing earth around the window. There is also a 12' x 25' deck that will need to be shifted sideways along the house to uncover the area that I wanted the window located. This will also require one brace under the floor joyce for support above the window. Installation of the window will also be needed. A house four doors down on the same street (My Brothers) would also like to have the same thing done but they do not have a deck on their house. I am looking for a quality quote either on one job or a combination quote. Exact lcation and additiona details can be provided to any interested contactors. I have additional work to be done on the exterior of the house but will look at doing that once the above mentioned wok is completed. The house is 38years old with recent dug fill around the house (drainage pipes and tiles installed) not sure on the depth below surfacethey were installed. I need a window that can open sufficient for building codes but fit into an ara that is not overly large as there is an exit door for the upstairs in the same vicinity a the window location. Site inspections can be arranged for better information.

would like to have someone to level and put new wood around the out side bottom where it has rotted . we have done some of the work at the back it is the front that needs most of the work.
