Large Bungalow Rennovation Requing Smooth Ceilings, in the town of Flamborough/Waterdown

Hello, I am looking for a contractor who specializes in drywall and smooth ceilings. We are rennovating a large bungalow and have the month of July to complete. We want the whole main floor to have smooth ceilings, approx. 1500+ square feet of area. The existing stiple cannot be removed (it's rock hard), so 1/4" drywall may need to be laid overtop, muded and painted, unless there is a better alternative. The ceiling height is 8 feet, except the living room/front foyer has vaulted ceilings (up to 14ft). Some additional drywall work, possibly trim, crownmolding, and adding potlight holes, may be required. This job will need to be done as quickly, but require high quality workmanship, licensed and insured contractor. Please provide a square foot price quote, and approx. timeframe to complete. Second story extension and addition above garage

Addition to second story above existing kitchen. Addition above existing block garage and tie in to adjacent room of house on main level. Second story would be a master bedroom with a bathroom. We are just looking for the framing and subfloor to be put in and the plumbing and wiring roughed in. We will do floors, drywall etc ourselves. Basement jack-post re-leveling

I am looking for a contractor who is experienced with re-leveling floors by adjusting existing jack-posts and possibly adding additional supports where needed. We live in a 130+ year old home with floors that have shifted vertically over time. In particular, the floor is sunk all around the staircase and needs to be raised 1 to 3 inches, and additional support needs to be added to keep everything from shifting again once it has been leveled. The project will not require extensive work such as raising the house off of its foundation.
