Rewire alumimum wires in a house
I am planning to replace the alumimum wires in the 2 storey house. Many new circuites added later are already copper. Only less than half of the wires are alumimum. I am wondering the cost and how much time will need to do this.

Refinish hardwood floors
We had a dog who made alot of nail markings on our hard wood floors. We would like to have the floors refinished to remove the markings. Ideally it would only be the kitchen area as we covered most of the rest of the house with carpets. Looking for an estimate. Approximate square footage is 27'x30'. Looking to complete an unfinished Laundry Room. Located in a finished basement. Approximately 22 feet in length x 8 feet in height. Drywall and installation. Ceiling and flooring needs completion and lighting. Pot lights preferred. As far as the flooring we would light vinyl flooring. The home was built in 1985.
