Concrete driveway and backyard patio
Hi, We would like a concrete driveway with broom finish and attached walkway in a different colour or stamped. The driveway will be 14' x 40' with a 3' walkway and poured steps 3' to 4' wide. (2 steps) The patio will be roughly 320 sq ft with an attached pad for a shed at 120 sq ft if the budget allows. It will also support a second story wood deck to be built in the future. Could you please quote broom finished and stamped for the 320 sq ft patio and just broom finished for the shed pad. We live in New Hamburg and I haven't been able to find any bylaws on the Wilmot Township website regarding driveways. Thanks, Erik

- basement without laundry room is approx 700 square feet might be interested in finishing laundry room too - new build 1 year old - basement is already framed and insulated, vapor barrier - we would like a quote for drywall, tape/mudd only as we want to do the rest ourselves - hoping to have drywall finished by end of february

Faux Stone install
Hello we are looking for estimates on Faux stone installation. Client likes the look of Fusion stones "Phoenix" series. We would also be OK with Fusion's "Dry Stack" series. The project is for a garage in New Hamburg and is only for one elevation. The approximate coverage needed is 201 sqft , with two openings(windows) making the surface area approximately 170sqft.
