I had a burst pipe in my washroom and the technician arrived within 30 or 40 minutes. Even in the face of certain obstacles, he fixed my problem. This is a high quality company that offers both efficiency and reliability :)

This company is poison.They installed windows with an incorrect configuration and promised to replace them but continued to ignore me for months on end. It was only when I filed a complaint with the BBB they they promised in writing to replace my windows. That never happened. Finally, I received a call from an owner, Mickey, who insisted I withdraw my complaint and then he would replace my windows. I said I would withdraw my complaint immediately after he replaced my windows. Mickey replied with an arrogance that astounded me and told me I should withdraw my complaint immediately because he wasn't going to do anything and if I didn't like it I could sue him. Although our's was a small project, the extensive preparation work was done very well resulting in a great final paint job. We like to use small local companies for our house renovations... Csaba and crewman were great. We will use Angel's Painting again on future projects.

Need feedback
A contractor wants $2500 up front for material costs. Is that a normal procedure? I'm afraid he could just take the money and run. Thanks, Ted Nixon

Hi Ted This may be just the way this guy works, generally most contractors ask for a 10% deposit, for the most part it isn't for material it is to avoid the phone call from the customer the day before the job starts saying they have changed there mind leaving the contactor with out a job for the following days or weeks. Make sure you have a written contract, I was going to tell you to go with your gut but it is obviuos you already have concerns. On a job this small as I stated most contractors would ask you for $500.00 and maybe amother 40% a few days in with the balance when complete. Good Luck
