Refinish den - Replace posts
I have two projects that I need done. These could be completed by one contractor or two, depending on skill and price. Please quote on one or both. 1. Refinish Den I have a 10ft X 14ft room that is wood paneled. I need the wood paneling removed, insulation put in and dry wall added. I would like the room painted as well, including the ceiling. The fun part of the job are the 10 1/2 ft ceilings. Two of the 10' walls are predominantly windows, which have already been replaced, so that will reduce the square footage somewhat. I also would like my side entrance hall sanded and repainted; it is plaster and lathe. 2. Front Porch Supports One of my front porch supports is breaking, putting my roof at risk. I need to reinforce or replace the support and replace the other to match.
