We were very happy with the finishing of our basement. They were on budget and done on time completing our renovation without any major issues. The crew was very courteous, and timely every day. We never came home to a mess as the last thing they did daily was to clean up even taking precautions to stop dust and dirt from spreading throughout the rest of the house. There were no hidden extra charges, and supplies were ordered only to the amount needed saving us money. We were always consulted about every detail and the end result was outstanding. Job well done!

Good Morning Bianca, Yup, they spin like a jet engine! I've heard of home owners adding numerous 2x6 blocking between their laundry room floor joists if it is accessible from the basement. With engineered 'I' beams in homes today there is a more flex in the floor causing vibrations to be felt through out the home. No idea if it works though.
