Project Description: Job is paving a fully prepared surface with asphalt. 3km north of Newmarket, Ontario. The location is between a block house and a block garage. Total square footage is 140 sq/ft. Simple in and out job. No fancy edging required. Asphalt butts up against existing sound asphalt driveway at one end and runs in under a deck step at the other. At least 3 inches of asphalt required.

Project Description: We have the design and some technical drawings and will need a complete addition from basement to roof of about 1000 sq ft. There was a new garage of about 900sq.ft. added on to the side of the house which extends almost 30' past the house which we will be attaching our addition to besides the back of the existing house and will need to have the existing foundation underpinned to allow us to dig the new basement to a full 8' . We will be refacing the front of the house and adding a peak to the front. We have a septic system in the front and have received approval from the town to go ahead and submit our permit without adding/replacing the septic. We have a few local quotes coming in but if you are interested in quoting on all or a part of this job, we would like to hear from you a.s.a.p. as we are looking to begin within the next few weeks.

Super 7 Group recently renovated our basement with fabulous results. This was a big project, involving alot of plumbing, electrical and total gutting of the existing space. The workmanship is excellent and the project ran smoothly. Any glitches were dealt with professionally and in a timely manner. All of the people who worked on this project were professional, super friendly and a pleasure to have around the house. All of our questions were answered immediately and we felt like ours was the only job being worked on. The work was well done within the expected schedule and within our budget. Lorenzo's insights, suggestions, and recommendations were enlightening and allowed him and us to create a beautiful and functional space. Super 7 Group recently finished our basement project. They went above and beyond our expectations and were very professional and caring.
