Project Description: The age of my house is 13 years old and the back yard space for the new deck is approx. 20 feet long by approx 15 feet in width. What i was looking to have done is a 2 tier deck...12 feet in length by about 12 feet wide on the top part of the deck and have steps going down to the lower level of the deck, since my future goal is to place a hot tub on the lower aspect of the deck so i guess it would have to be made structurally heavier to hold the hot tub safely.
