Working with Rico was an absolute pleasure. Right after agreeing to have our work done I was stress free and knew that I could leave it all in his hands. Rico was extremely professional and friendly and at the end of the day he felt like apart of the family. The tiling that Rico did was nothing short of exceptional. It turned out better than I could have ever imagined and the pointers that Rico provided for the layout and design showed that he knows exactly what he is doing. We definitely got the best value for every dollar. The job was completed in the said time and if there were any changes along the way, Rico quickly addressed them. I've already reffered Rico to my friends and family and his work speaks for itself, simply fabulous. J&R Ceramics comes highly recommended and I look forward to working with Rico again soon to complete our other renovations.

I posted my bathroom project on Handy Canadian, and I received three estimates. J & R was the most reasonably priced and personable. I am very impressed with the work J & R has done, the bathroom looks great and we even ended up renovating another bathroom. Rico, the owner is extremely friendly, courteous and professional. He listened to our needs, and gave us two wonderful bathrooms. We will definitely use J & R in the future and I gladly offer my recommendation.
