Home Renovation

Julio from Tiburon Construction was hired to renovate an older house this summer. Although they were polite I feel his staff lack the experience needed to complete the project so I had to terminate the contact. The following is a list of problems I had:

• Were not able to complete projects on schedule

• Were not willing to complete to all items on signed contract

• Not enough staff on site

• Not willing to except cheques for payment

• Preformed dangerous and illegal electrical work by uncertified electrician

• Tried to hide dangerous and illegal electrical work

• Tried to solicit funds from my parents without my permission

• Failed to show basic knowledge of drywalling

• Very rude and harassing behaviour

• Threatened to vandalize property if negative feedback wasn't removed

Therefore I cannot recommend Julio and Tiburon Construction to anyone expecting courteous professional work

Tiburon Construction Response:

This rating has been unfair rating due to his prech of contract, the customer was the one that discontinued the contractor and was unwilling to pay for my services. I had finished all the job before the due time. I had all the job finished and the customer was the one that was unhappy with the job being finished earlier then the time on the contract. If you have and questions please call and I will be able to give you other referances to other customers and you will be able to call those individuals to ask them how they found my services to be.
