This is the second time we have had Lima Home Renovation do work for us, and once again we were extremely pleased with all aspects of their work. They repaired cracks in the cathedral ceiling due to the earth quake two summers ago, installed crown molding, updated two bathrooms including marble counter tops, plumbing and painting, and painted three rooms. They also replaced outdoor caulking around our front windows. This company is versatile, professional and a joy to work with. And they leave the house cleaner than when they arrived. Lima Home Revovations did a great job on our project. We had ceiling repairs on 18 foot high ceilings and a hard time getting estimates from companies willing to look at the job because of the equipment required. Leonel's guys did a fantastic job on the repairs, left everything neat and clean at the end of each day and did not go over the estimate or take longer than originally stated. We hired Lima Home Renovation to fix a big hole in the wall caused by a burst pipe. He was very professional. He always returned messages promptly, showed up on time, cleaned up his mess, and was very polite. Because we liked his work, we ended up hiring him for several odd jobs around the house too. Leonel and his team did a number of jobs for us in 2009 which included entirely re-doing our ensuite bathroom as well as modifications to our kitchen. As an Interior Decorator, I have worked with Leonel on several projects and he is the only contractor I would trust and recommend. I had the worst job in the world that nobody wanted. Leonelle probably didn't want it either, but he did it, and did it so well I still smile when I walk by. I had to build a room around my furnace, low ceiling, water pipes, hot water heater, a/c pipes, old and cumbersome ducts sprouting off like some antique corn cutter, electrical panel, everything that makes a house work was in that corner plus the passage to the whole basement so space was a nightmare. The job is amazing. It looks like it was always there -- very smart, very well done, and with a very high level of knowledge of what applications would be required around a heater. Really smart -- I couldn't believe he did it to tell the truth.

Recently we had a ceiling fan installed by Leonel and his electrician. Throughout the process they was very prompt, professional and courteous. It was a pleasure to have them in our home and they produced a great end result. Despite being a smaller job the installation was not an easy one. They had to run wire from the switch to the middle of our vaulted ceiling at the peak and install an electrical box and fabricate a mounting block (and make it look esthetically pleasing). To add to the challenge there is not an easy access to the area from the attic and the work was done on a very hot day in the summer. Despite all the challenge the work was done quickly and with minimal disruption to our regular routines. I will recommend using Lima Home Renovation to anyone I know if they are thinking of having renovations done on their homes.
