Waterproofing Contractor in Toronto, ON

I contacted RCC waterproofing late last fall after experiencing severe flooding in our basement. There sales rep Jamie Hallett visited us and gave very resonable and extremely detailed quote. Unlike the other companies we had in, Jamie seemed like he genuinely wanted to help us solve our problems. He pointed out several things that the other guys missed and even helped us to eliminate some work proposed by other companies with the simple caulking of a sliding glass door. (The other guys would have charged us nearly $2000 to waterproof when it was a bad door seal in that area all along)

When the crew arrived we were pleased to find the same level of professionalism with the team that we had experienced with Jamie. Marco , Chris and Eddie went above and beyond in explaining in detail every step and definately made us glad that we chose RCC. No leaks since the work was done and we would recommend RCC to everyone.

I had water one day show up in my basement getting all the carpet and cabinet wet. We had just bought the house and where none to happy. We where at the London home show and saw 4 waterproofing companies there. They all had free estimates so we began the process having each company over. Two of the four show ed up on time. The first company said they could fix it from the inside and gave a estimate that was not bad. The company I went with being RCC waterproofing was the right choice. The sales guy Kurt ex plained why it should be done on the outside. We gave our deposit 8 days later the RCC crew showed up ON TIME and went to work. They dug about 20 feet and the main guy I think Rob called me outside to show the crack they found. By days end they where finished. From the start to the finish everything went smooth good job RCC no wonder you have been around for 90 years.

I contacted RCC for an estimate on repairing my leaky basement, after contacting two other companies. Rick Deagazio came to my home the next day I called. He assessed the damaged and explained the damage and repair work that needed to be done in detail. Rick was very knowledgeable, thorough and very patient answering all my questions and addressing my concerns. Rick gave me a quote and without him knowing the other two quotes, was comparable. As a result of Rick's expertise and knowledge I hired RCC to repair my leaky basement. RCC completed the repair and it was done to the detail that Rick explained to me. I was very happy with the service they provided and would highly recommend them.
