Structural Steel Beam Work

We hired Ultimate Construction to do structural steel beam work in an old brick house in downtown Toronto. Mike was very responsive and communicative right from the beginning and was even in touch with our structural engineer to coordinate Ultimate’s part of the job including ordering the specified steel beams. He was punctual, clean, reasonably priced and was more than fair on payment structure. Mike has done 2 independent jobs for us to date, and we plan on continuing using his services to complete our renos as they arise. Thanks Mike for great work.

Mike and his crew were very good to us, I have had several friends and neighbours ask for his name for the future if they have work to be done. Ultimate was a saviour to us after a terrible experience with another company. The work was done on a timely fashion with cleanliness and quality. We never were led astray or misguided by Mike or anyone working for him, if anything they explained what was going to be done the night before and always came threw the next day. He knows his stuff.
