We contracted Rocco & Son back in August and they were exceptional from start to finish - great work and great people.The project was finishing our basement in our brand new 3 level home. The team at Rocco & Son did great work every step of the way and made the process as seamless as possible with no disruption to us who were living upstairs. They completed the job in a timley manner and the work they did on our basement is fantastic- we love the finishing and get rave reviews from everyone who sees it. This contractor's workmanship and end results were fantastic. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any project, especially new home renos.

I would stay as far away from these people as possible. Please take a look at the main post that is holding up the main beam for the second floor, two broken / cracked garbage 2x6's covered in concrete as they reused them from forming the concrete walls. Do you want them to build you something? Good luck with that. Sorry, forgot these, these are also, two photo's of a roof truss that is broken in two places and yet still installed, only holds up the roof. The grey stuff on the 2x6 is the concrete from when they used the 2x6 for forming.

This contractor was hired to complete renovation work on a 4-plex. They did exceptional work which was on time, as designed and on budget. I'd recommend them.

This contractor provided us with excellent customer service and seamless work from start to finish on a large undertaking we had for a few condos we own in the lower mainland. All types of renovations were done in our condos - from tearing out and placing new kitchen and bathroom fixtures and tiles to all new laminate flooring, painting and upgrading. We were very pleased with the results and would recommend this contractor for any large renovation project. Very good at what they do and reliable.
