Renovation Contractor in Winnipeg, MB

We had mad designs to install new bedroom windows and a new front door, I may as well be standing outside when I put my boots on they did not properly install the door after trying four times there is a lot of cold air coming in, they put the wrong size windows in. The owner threatened to slap me in the face when he came I should have called the police. They never return your phone calls. They are real nice when they want your business and then they ignore you.

This man, Mark Dupuis was hired to install windows soffits, fascia and eastrophs, stole over 7000.00 and forged my signature on a hydro completion loan. Police report exists. Timor has it he is still around and working under new name Beware!

We thought we stumbled onto a great contractor, had looked at their products and spoken to a salesperson (who was the guy we actually signed the contract with) only to find that once he left the company for other work, we got totally shoddy service.

They DO NOT return phone calls...... from what we have dug up on our own DO NOT order your product for the job once they've got your deposit. The job site is left in a very messy condition. They advertise that they are BBB rated, on their signs as well as their contract and they are not.

Please anyone if you are even considering using this company, just walk away and go find someone else. We learned a hard lesson here and should have been more vigilant in making an informed decision. We're out the money, have some product and the front of our home is left to look like it was hit by a tornado!!

They contacted me within a few days, helped us choose what we needed not what they wanted to sell, they answered all of my questions and took care of everything. I liked that they worked around my schedule, I love how our home feels and looks better. My windows and doors were installed fall 2011 and now we are looking at reno to the basement bathroom, kitchen counter and cupboards, outdoor patio and new front steps

After they have taken your money they do not take you seriously. We had improper install in 2009 and to this day they still have to finish fixing it. They also leave mess behind even though they reassured us they wouldn't. I would definitely not hire them again or recommend them to any one else! Even BBB had a hard time contacting them.
