Scheduling: This contractor scheduled my small job for October 2008 and it was finally completed 10 months later. He made supplied several start dates then ignored them all until I told him to either perform or remove the materials.
Communication: Glen Morine has a messaging service that he never apparently listens to and never sends or answers emails unless they concern his invoice.
Performance: No cleanup, half done job. It will cost me almost as much to mitigate the damage he caused as for the original job.
Receipts: NONE. I requested a receipt several times after he was paid and still have not received it. PAY HIM IN PERSON if you need a receipt.
For me - this was the contractor from Hell.
