New Home Construction to Drywall Stage

This guy sent over a contract, with a breakdown and pricing and provided a 2 year Warranty on his work. in 2 days his team was done working on my lawn and were suppose to return as everything grew back. Now i have no heard from him, he has changed his number and will not return my email. Thank god i only paid $2400 - he offered to do my window and roof too but could you imagine if i gave him the $10K??? DO NOT USE THIS GUY!

The job which was for a client named Kim was basically a landscape job which entailed removing some trees and bushes and burning them on site. She also wanted bullrushes removed from around a swamp in her front yard. I mentioned to her that new government regulations prohibited the use of 2-4-D and it was illegal to use. I told her that bullrushes are extremely hard to kill, but we will cut them down and spray the area with a legal herbicide called roundup. I mentioned to her that they would eventually grow back as there was a lot of rain that summer and there is no herbicde available to legally kill bullrush. All the other work was completed, My number has not been changed, and the only reason she could not get a hold of me as i was hospitalized and out of commission for 3 weeks. I have spoken to her at a later date and also quoted on some other work she was hoping to do and did not realize she had filed a complaint.
