I just recently had an emergency service call and they came immediately to the rescue and completed the job without any delay whatsoever.

I am extremely pleased with the exemplary work done by Empire Electric, specifically Marc-Anthony who visited my home in the summer of 2012. I hired Empire Electric to install several potlights in my kitchen/dining room area as well as the installation 4 dimmer switches throughout my home. All the lights were up and running within a short time which was wonderful. I asked for some help on potlight placement and got some great advice.

Marc-Anthony was on time and arrived with the required tools and came prepared to work. He was very friendly, approachable and wanted to ensure a satisfied customer. All the drywall debris was cleaned up at the end of the project and he took me through the house and showed me which lights were on which switch.

The price was unbeatable and quality parts were used to complete the job. I have recommended Empire Electric to a number of family and friends and will continue to recommend them in the future. I couldn’t have asked for better workmanship and professionalism in a company and I look forward to future work to be completed by Empire Electric in my home.

We called Empire Electrical initially after a fuse blew in our kitchen and it wasn't attached to a breaker so we couldn't get the lights back on. John came to our home to investigate and solved the problem for us immediately. While he was here, I had some additional questions in regards to some electrical work around the house and asked for some quotes. They returned the quotes to me in two business days and even separated them by more immediate work and some that could wait. John also called Toronto Hydro to come by our home and assess our electrical service pipe which turned out wasn't to code (our electrical panel was made for 100 amps but the service pipe going into the house was only for 60 amps). He called me right away to advise of the situation. He never pushed us to do the upgrade but rather gave us his expertise and advise on what would be the more important work to do first, this being one of them. He empathized that it was more than we had planned to spend for the other, less urgent work and at no time did he pressure us to make a decision. Once we did decide to do the upgrade, an appointment was set and John and Marc-Anthony showed up on time on the day they said they would. They were efficient, professional and respectful of our home and time. When an unexpected issue came up, they informed me right away, gave me an estimate of the cost and again, never pressured me to make a decision. They simply gave me the facts and told me what my options were. When the work was finished, they cleaned up, walked me through the work they had done and advised I could call them if I had any questions about the work. I had never used Empire Electrical before but I would not hesitate to call them again. They were reliable, trustworthy and their work was excellent. Highly recommended.

We have small electric works to be done, like cleaning up old wire in the basement, add new recepticals concealed wiring for fire place and TV. When John came he is proffessional and explained every thing clearly, most importantly explained which wire needs to be replace which don't need to be replaced.other companies didn't do that. They start and finish the work on time. I will sure recommend them to my friends.

I hired Marc and his partner John (23 year exp.) to install a new panel (fuses to curcuit breakers) and to condition all my outlets and switches. The conditioning is necessary for homes with aluminum wiring. After posting my project I had many responses and chose 3 companies to do an estimate. I checked their reviews and web site info and found a good piece of info regarding aluminum wiring on the Empire web site. Empire was much more reasonably priced than others. Marc and John worked together well, were friendly, knowledgable and did a great job. I feel alot safer now since I did see one of my outlets arcing last year which could have caused an electrical fire. The inspector came and passed the work within ten minutes.

I contracted Empire Electric to complete some major wiring in a rental property that I own. Both John, and Marc Anthony were great guys to complete the job. The estimate was accurate, the job was completed on time, and both John and Marc Anthony were very prompt and courteous.

They arranged for all the permits and liaising with our Electrical Carrier (EnerSource Mississauga) and were very diligent in communicating with me each step of the way.

Both John and Marc Anthony were also very mindful of that fact that this was a rental currently occupied by tenants and were very professional towards them as well.

I am delighted with the work and would have no problem contracting them again for any further work or jobs that I may have. Both John and Marc Anthony were very efficient and professional and above all knew exactly what they were doing and completed the job in a timely manner to my satisfaction.
