I certainly recommend CBM Renovations, not only because of the quality of their work, but also because the price is really the best I've seen in the market. Also, Manuel is incredibly responsive and customer-focused. He will do as the customer says. Of course, he will provide his input and recommendation, but at the end, he will listen to the customer. Something else: CBM Renovations is very punctual when delivering the final work, which is something not that frequent in this business. Their planning is well detailed, and they do deliver. I have used CBM renovations three times now, and I intend to use them again if needed.

Replacement of roof asphalt tiles job was done on time with great amount of effort due to weather conditions in late November. Work was done with great interest in keeping surroundings clean.

The budget was off by about 40% over the estimated price. Estimating is difficult but it needs to be more accurate.

Quality of work was average since a few tiles were left uncut properly, perhaps due to weather conditions when the cold winter days started to encroach on the workers ability to complete their job accurately.

Communication was efficient between contractor and owners. All questions were answered satisfactorily.

Crew were always available for comments and diligent at their work.

All members of the team were courteous and happy to do their work.

This was a roofing job at the end of the season, after explain Juan why we were short in our initial estimate,discontinued shingles, etc. he agree and according to my knowledge, customer was satisfied with the outcome of job done,I think is an impartial review and ask you guys to be remove.
