Chermark Renovations

We were very pleased with his work and his helper. he renovated our kitchen with brand new flooring newly painted the walls and ceiling, ,, he had a very honest contractor install beautiful cupboards top and bottom and new sink , new lighting were very nice and new doors to closet and basement and all new trim that looks so good, and installed new ceramic tile in entrance hall and did excellent new wiring all in all a beautiful job. My wife looked forward to this and we are both very pleased. . I am going to get him to redo our bathroom with new clawfoot tub as long as he promises not to test out our new clawfoot tub..

 

Chermark Renovations renovated two bathrooms for us and we are very happy with the work. It was a pleasure having Mark in our home, and we appreciated that he took time to talk with our four year old son. His work is of very high quality and he was very helpful with offering suggestions based on his extensive experience. Mark was also willing to travel a long distance to work in our home and completed both jobs in a timely manner. We would happily use this compnay again in the future.

 

Important changes to our upstair. Redid the washroom, which had no window. Installed a window and redid the whole washroom with a complet different look. Mr. Wilson did an excellent job. Also made a walkin closet for the master bedroom by taking space from the adjacent bedroom and installed a window in it. Once all was finish it change the aspect of our upstairs living quaters with a major difference in look and quality. Very Satisfied.

 

We have recently renovated our home with the help of Chermark Renovations, Both my husband and I were thrilled with the quality of workmanship demonstrated in the transformation of our home. Mark's attention to detail is evident in all area's, our bathrooms, our kitchen, the intricate crown molding, landscaping, and so much more. Mark developed a trustworthy, courteous, relationship between myself and my husband. We look forward to further home renovations in the future.

 

We recently had a new shower and a new roof with skylights done by CHERMARK RENOVATIONS. As seniors, we were a bit apprehensive about renovations, but when we met Mark, he gave us a feeling of confidence and trust. The shower is amazing, his workmanship and attention to detail is extremely professional. He is friendly, courteous and a pleasure to have working in your home. At the end of the day, everything was tidied up and he left nothing for us to do. My brother saw the shower, was so impressed, he asked Mark to put one in his home. That, in itself, is a great testimonial to work well done. When we needed a new roof, it just seemed natural to contact Mark, Again, we were not disappointed with his work. The estimate was fully detailed and he explained, in person, what needed to be done. He and his men arrived at the time they stated and worked late every day. They were all courteous and the workmanship, again, was superior. They cleaned up and there was nothing for us to do but admire our new roof and skylights. Both projects were a pleasurable experience and we look forward to future renovation projects with him.
