Kostadinos from UKC was hired in May to renovate a few of my rental properties that needed upgrading.

Right from the start he was very curtious and explained everything to me so i could understand.

We worked along side eachother to get the project done feeding off eachothers ideas.
He always looked to save me money and his prices were very good. Kosta Even went out if his way to patch and paint some drywall they was damged that i had no intention of fixing because it was high up in a stairwell.

All said and done he told me a price and stuck to it and told me 3 weeks and was done in 2 weeks got renters in on time and everyone was happy.(that was the most important concern of mine).

I would recomend him to anyone and i will be looking to use him again in the near future.

I hired Kosta and UK contracting (UK) back in March to semi renovate 2 washrooms in my home. The project was supposed to take 2 to 3 days. By the end of day 3 basically only the demolition work had been done. I asked Kosta about the timeline as my wife was expecting a baby within 7 days. He said first it was that his plumber was a no show and then that someone had died in his family. I gave him the initial benefit of the doubt and allowed him to continue on. Slowley work began on the washrooms but by this time the tineline was gone. He also under estimated the project and came to me for additional funds. Eventually after 8 days the projects was "Completed". I found out later that he did not complete some of the finer points.

About 3 days later I woke up and came down to my kitchen, I found urine leaking from the new upstairs toilet he installed down through the floor and through the kitchen light. I called kosta and he came over to stop the leak. But by this time the damage to the kitchen ceiling was done. He said he would be back on Saturday to repair the ceiling ( He said I had a 5 year warrenty). I made arrangements for my wife, son and new baby to goto relatives for the day as I did not want drywall dust near the baby. I dropped them off and came back to wait for him. I waited and waited. I called him and called him. texted him and texted. He never showed. It took the threat of a lawsuit before I got a text. He was working his night job the night before and could not come today. I asked him when he could come and he said he was not sure. I tried to get a hold of him a few more times and it was the same story. This guy is a 25 year old amateur. Do not use him unless you want to be ripped off and have terrible work done.

Uk Contracting did a wonderful high quality kitchen extension for me as I wanted to update my kitchen and maximize the kitchen space as well. They were very professional from the beginning as they listened to the things that I wanted in a kitchen. They were able to work with my budget needs and provided me lots of ideas and recommendations that I could do in my kitchen. They were able to communicate effectively with me. I was very blown away by the level of professionalism and experience that I saw from Uk Contracting.

Uk Contracting definitely delivered guaranteed results of a beautiful kitchen extension. They did an excellent HIGH quality job that was done on time and on budget as well. I LOVE my kitchen and I am very happy with the professional job that was done by Uk Contracting.

I would highly recommend Uk Contracting to do whatever job that you need to get done, because Uk Contracting is dedicated, experienced, licensed and they guarantee you quality that goes in every project.
