Our prices are very fair, and we work side by side with you to ensure that the vision you have for your project comes to life. For bigger jobs (ie: additions, new construction, major kitchen and bath renovations) we provide blue prints and 3D renderings.

For smaller jobs (ie: home renovations, roofing projects, siding etc.) sq ft and lnft prices can be given via email.

With regards to minor projects (ie: painting,drywall patching,flooring, electrical and plumbing) we can commence work within 24 hours, as well as work out a flat rate.

Serenity also offers many samples and discounted rates on flooring, kitchen cabinets, baseboard, trim, and casing.

Seeing how working closely with our clients is extremely important to us, we invite all clients to join us at auctions and discount sales events to ensure you get the best prices possible. This is one of the many things that owner Shannon Dunlop puts the up-most importance on.
