Hello ,
My name is Iuliu V Strata Council President at Brittany Park In Port Coquitlam. A few weks ago I had a roof leak as a result extensive damage was done to the halways and one unit. A few contractors come around and 4 quotes were sumited for the project. One Project manager draw my attention that was James from Home Force .me personaly I,m a Building maintenance manager for over 29 years and I could see if a contractor is what he/she says is.. What make me decide almost on the spot was his profesionalism and attention to details and questions he ask me ,the way I want to proced with.etc. A very ,very profesional contract was done in details.Home Force was chosen for the project and now that is finish I can say no REGRETS. Tha actual job was done and supervised by one of the best supervisor I did see in a long time ,BRIAN. On daily basis contact me to review the quality of the work ,wich is quite nice for anyone to see. Not only they did an incredible job but 6 days ahead of schedule. O, I forget to tell you they underbit all other 3 contracotors. Never the less after the job was done ,cleaning impressed me and all Strata Concill members.Thats the way is done , I will alwaes call on them for any repairs and hope you too who need a good contractor.
