Landscaping Company in Mississauga, ON

Engaged these bandits to resurface our driveway in September, 2012. They failed to show up to do the work, didn't return phone calls and in spite of a complaint with the Better Business Bureau have not returned my deposit. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FIRM!

Never imagined such a trying ordeal. Signed a contract for interlock and asphalt. Down payment on signing, and then clear payment terms thereafter. The company then disappears for 2 months and after much pressure shows up and does the interlock. Then demands/bullies me into paying more than the agreed sum for interlock. I should have walked right there. But despite better judgement I gave in hoping that would expedite the asphalt work but to date work is not done. Season is coming to a close and my driveway is ripped out such that I can't get into the garage and the snow is going to make this a nightmare. I am one of 3 neighbours that is being held hostage to this company with no driveways and no signs of when the work will be done. Engage this company at your own risk.

BUYER BEWARE!

We hired this company roughly five weeks ago, we gave them a $500 check as a down payment, which has already been cashed. Our driveway way already interlocked but we wanted it removed to just replace with asphalt, so the one thing they did do was remove the bricks the day after we hired them. We were also planning to have our steps and walkway changed. They have yet to show up and finish the work and we have been trying to reach them by phone, company and cell, with no answer or call back for a full week. I spoke with two other neighbors on my street that both hired this company and they too are having the same problem. Our driveway is nothing but pebbles and in shambles. We are very discouraged that we obviously have been duped. They made everything appear so professional, but yet everything to this point has been anything but. We also noticed that their advertising signs put on our lawns were taken in the middle of the night. The one review this company does have on here from a client, in my opinion was obviously lucky to get their work done, or it was a friend or family that must have done it for them. Truly this company cannot be trusted and anyone considering hiring them. BEWARE, DONOT give them any money or let them remove anything that can be of value to them until ALL WORK IS DONE.

You guys did a great job and Came through everything u said and was greatly appreciated how u came back to a address and fix our concerns. I have been ripped off before by these 4.99 companys but this company was worth every penny and we definitely got why we paid for. Thanks again guys still looking good

Having had many Pavers knock on my door the past 5 years only to be turned away because the answers I got to 2 simple questions were not satisfactory, I was shocked to have them finally answered to my satisfaction by Nature's Hands. The questions? How deep they dig and material used. Even when I would offer other Pavers more money for digging deeper and pay the difference in material, I would often get answers like: "We don't do it that way". Sebastien (the Sales Rep) assured me that they do all their jobs this way (my way) and at no extra cost to an already great price to boot. I strongly recommend Nature's Hands, their team, from Sebastien's 24 hr. service to their crew, which consists of great workers who come up with quick and inexpensive, yet attracive and long lasting ideas (always thinking of the consumer), when unexpected problems may arise. Nature's Hands have also worked on 7 to 9 other Homes on the very same street and I have yet to hear a complaint from any of my Neighbours whom i know very well.
