Electrical Renovation

Performance Power systems renovated our entire home electrical. Everything from potlights to complete basement development. They were very professional and did clean work. We had absolutely no issues or concerns with the work or attitude of employees. Very courteous and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the entire job.

I hope to be able to use their services again in the future and have already recommended them to several friends!

Performance power systems has been my main electrical contract for 3 years now. They are reliable, trustworthy, and fair with pricing. Sean has gotten my company out of a few jams without complaint and in quick time. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fast, clean and professional electrican. 5 stars.

Electrical Wiring

Wired one of my switches wrong and never showed up to fix, despite many calls and appointments.

Didn't supply face plates--not a big deal except I had over 30 plates to purchase. "missed" things in quote and then charged above and beyond quote.

What started as a polite and good job did not end that way. Would not recommend

I'd like the opportunity to defend myself against Judy's review. The job did start out polite and courteous and they always do. As we proceeded through the renovations, these clients began to be really unreasonable with their requests. So much so that I had to walk away from the job as did several other trades and the general contractor. I, in fact, lost money on the project. The claim that we charged more than was quoted for is false. Please take Judy's review "with a grain of salt" as there are people out there that just cannot, and will not, be satisfied with your work no matter how much time and effort was put into it. The work completed at this clients house was not by any means sub-par. In fact, it passed all electrical inspections with flying colors. It pains me to have to respond to these type of comments when I extend my services and personal attention to a job and all that comes of it is a black mark upon our reputation. I'm sorry that anyone reading this had to endure this article but I assure you that Performance Power Systems Inc. is a professional and reputable company who goes above and beyond in customer service.
