Our Method of cleaning employs high compressed air and vacuum, (direct contact brushing) to remove all dust and debris throughout the system. We will install access plates in key areas throughout the duct system to facilitate the cleaning process. This cleaning method will effectively remove all dirt and debris throughout the ductwork supply and return, as well as the air handling unit. All registers are removed, cleaned and replaced.

Cleaning the ductwork will result in:

• A much cleaner environment with less dust and
• A more efficient system with an increase in air flow.
CLEANING: Will involve a review with yourself or a delegate, to confirm access points and times, so as not to interrupt the daily activity within the building.
FANS ,BLOWER AND AIR HANDLING MACHINERY: Air handling units, fans and housings, blades or floats, coils, plenums etc. shall be thoroughly cleaned by vacuuming and compressed air or low volume power wash. Any deficiencies within the system shall be reported to the site engineer.

DUCT WORK: All duct lines will be thoroughly cleaned, including turning vanes, baffles, flow controls, elbows, etc.

ACCESS OPENINGS: At any inaccessible opening where entry is made into ductwork, a metal access plate shall be tightly installed using sheet metal screws. Any rigid or blanket type insulation removed from ducts by contractor shall be reinstalled and the seams covered and secured with duct tape to eliminate any heat or cooling loss.

SCOPE OF WORK DETAIL: Once an opportunity for a quote is granted a detailed work scope will be provided. GST is extra on all items. Quotations are valid for 60 days.
