Indoor Carpentry, Minor Plumbing, Exterior Masonry Work, Eavestrough and Ceiling Repairs

I have been working with Ben Hunter since 2010 on house repair items that have ranged from indoor carpentry, minor plumbing, exterior mason work, eavestrough and ceiling repairs. Ben believes in having quotes created up front so that the customer is aware of the work involved. He also takes the time to ensure the customer’s opinion and needs are addressed while the project is underway. He stays in constant communication with the customer so that there are no surprises with the work performed. The ability for Ben to have familiarity with many trades is a very valuable trait – this makes him versatile and helps him think ‘outside the box’ with projects that may seem daunting for some. He is a very hard worker and has a great attitude; I would highly recommend Ben to other homeowners who are either looking for a general contractor or tradesperson for their projects.

Very pleased with the courteous service and professionalism in preparing the estimate and presenting the invoice.

The work was completed with great care and attention to details so that everything was done just right.

I was provided with options and then given the best prices possible for the project.

I will definitely use them again and I would recommend James Mae to my friends and family.

Awards and Contributions

We have worked with Make-A-Wish Northern Alberta to help them fulfill the wishes of children. The largest project we have completed with Make-A-Wish to date was a custom built 2-level cedar playhouse that was given to a child as a surprise. The structure was built off-site and then transported by truck to the acreage where the child lived. She was extremely excited to finally receive her wish and we were thrilled to have exceeded even what she could had dreamed of!
