Fabian is a Genius!!!! I needed to get my walkway done, i had already ripped up the existing walkway and left myself in quite a pickle. Fabian came out, did his measurements, answered every one of my questions, and emailed me a quote when he got home. Fabian then spent his time replying to each question I had, and because he took so much time with me, and never once said "we've been over this", I hired him for the job. To my surprise, Fabian called me on a Sunday to let me know they could start the next morning. Fabian came prepared for the job, explained and answered any questions along the way, laughed with me, shared stories with me, Fabian honestly made me, the customer feel as though i was having the job done by an old friend. Fabian is very easy going, laid back, and not once did I see him become "stressed" about the job at hand. He greeting me each day with a smile, cleaned up before he left at night, stayed later then he had to, and took the time at the end of every day to explain what was going to happen the following day.

Fabian not only did a fantastic job with my walkway, he answered questions I had about other jobs that I need done, and I would without a single hesitation hire Fabian to do whatever else may come this way.

Fabian in my opinion went above and beyond, he took his time, he was thorough, and it paid off, the walkway looks incredible! Last night he finished up late here, and was on his way to complete another job before going home, my phone rang that night, and it was Fabian telling me he had found someone who could come out the very next day to help with a leak in my basement. I have hired a lot of contractors in the past, and not once have any of them taken time out of their own schedules to find me the help i need with something as important as leaking basements.

Fabian, I thank you from the bottom of my heart for all of the hard work you did, for making me smile each day, for laughing with me, and putting up with my zillion questions! You are an incredible contractor, landscape artist, and man. I would like to also thank your helping hand Mike, you brought him to my home, and he was polite, courteous, and again, felt like an old friend.

I will definiately be calling you when we are ready to do more renos/upgrades etc. You did an amazing job. I highly recommend anyone who is looking to get anything done to use Fabian, you will not be disappointed!

Fabian installed a 12 foot wall to make a 4th bedroom on our upper level. He also decreased the size of 2 walk in closets to create a hallway, inclusive of a doorway to flow into an existing ensuite. His workmanship is equivalent to that of the initial builder and there is no notice of the work being done after the fact. Fabian did an excellent job with our intial request for work. He kept the work area clean and clear as he worked through each project which was important to our family due to allergies.

Fabian' s work was so well done that we contracted him for additional work. He freed up his schedule to stay on for an additonal 2 days to install our hardwood landing upstairs as well as put in a marble backsplash in our kitchen. Again he worked efficiently and with quality results as the renovations look great!

Fabian is a very responsible, personable and friendly contractor who worked very hard with his assistant. Fabian communicated as he went through the stages to ensure that we were satisfied with the tasks. We will definitely enlist Fabian for future work. Thanx Fabian for a job well done!!

We found Fabian on this handyman website. We wanted to expand our offices. Fabian came to our office the next day and supplied us a quote. We booked Fabian and he started immediately. Fabian did an excellent job for us. He completed the work on time and on budget while not interfering with our business schedule. We were very happy with Fabian and would highly recommend his work

Fabian is a great guy. He gave a very reasonable price and worked very hard to make sure we were happy with the outcome. We were so pleased that we immediately hired him to do some more work for us. Highly recommended and he's first on my list for future projects.

Fabian renovated my bathroom. Walls were ripped back to the studs, drywalled and retiled. The job was excellent! He was on time and worked until the job was completed. I was very satisfied with the end result! Would definately recommend Fabian.
