Vald and his team did an excellent job roughing in our basement bathroom. He was able to develop a quote quickly and there were no 'hidden costs' that arrived as the project progressed. He had great insight about how to complete the tricky job and delivered on what he promised. He did the work quickly and effectively and was always courteous. We are very pleased!!

We have contracted Vlad and his team to build our basement bathroom and frame our basement down to drywall. We were very pleased with the outcome, so much so that we have now extended our renovations plans. Vlad will come back to renovate and extend our upstairs bathroom.

Our project involved a complete renovation of an old apartment - everything from top to bottom, including demolition, kitchen/bathroom installation, painting, etc. Major changes included converting the existing two piece in suite bathroom into three piece unit with frameless glass shower added and open concept kitchen/living room creation out of two separate areas.

We are extremely satisfied with the work that Vlad (Private Homes Management/6296050 CANADA INC.) and his crew have done for us. We have employed them for some major work, such as renovating a bathroom, and also for a number of smaller jobs. Their craftsmanship is excellent and they are all very courteous and honest. Furthermore, not only do they know how to do the work well, they also know how to talk the project through with you so that they know exactly how you want the job done.

Our new bathroom in the basement is lovely. It was a rather difficult space to work with (non-removable pipes right under the ceiling, and not too straight walls), but Vlad, Oleg and Natoly managed to work around the problem areas. All parts of the job were done professionally, and efficiently.

Although we first hired Vlad to renovate the bathroom, we soon discovered that his team is capable of tackling a wide variety of other tasks. Other jobs which Vlad's crew have completed to perfection include: repairing the damage to the wall caused by water infiltration in the basement, installing a new marble floor in our main floor powder-room, tiling the living room fireplace hearth, re-grouting the ceramic floor in the kitchen, painting a room, putting in a new door and a new roof on our backyard shed, repairing the damage to the house roof caused by a raccoon, and rebuilding our third floor wooden terrace.

We can’t recommend Vlad more highly for pretty much any building or repairing work in the house.

I enjoyed dealing with Vlad, his sons and crew. They were quick to respond to my posting and all questions/comments were dealt with professionally. The price quoted at the beginning of the job was the final price, no hidden overcharges or fees.

My project was the demo of an old wooden fence and replacing it with a 6ft+ wooden fence, with privacy lattace and a new decorative gate. From start to finish it was 3 days and it has totally changed the look/feel of my backyard.

Although this was a small job (we thought) Vlad and his team took time to correct the previous mess and make sure that our shower was perfect and beautiful. Basement. In place of the laundry facility I had a bathroom built by Private Homes Management complete with a sink, toilet, and shower. The Project Manager, Vlad, was very knowledgeable, professional, and patient with me. Him and his team built exactly what I wanted, and helped me realize my design right down to the paint colour and trim pieces. All work was done in the time which was originally estimated, and I did not pay a penny over the estimated price. I surely recommend this company as they are very reliable in every way. I would definitely hire them for other projects and will recommend to others.
