Dellil Construction has many years in the residential and commercial sectors building, renovating and designing. For the most part I personally work, on hand, aside from any trade that requires a licensed technician that would I would subcontract out to in the various trades and can complete you’re project on time and in many cases below you’re projected budget.

I am able to do this by keeping my overhead low, being time efficient and firstly by arranging the ordering and delivery of all you’re material, at which time I would supply you with the purchase order number and you would pay in person or by phone. In this way I don’t waste our time in purchasing and transporting the material myself physically, my time on the job site is more valuable to you, furthermore I save you money on your project by not grossly marking up the cost of the material that can run from 20% to 30%,,, I just don’t believe in this,,, as far as I know Dellil Construction is the first and only one in the region that holds this policy.

Dellil Construction has had the opportunity to build new homes, additions and has completed many whole home renovations as well as designing complete custom kitchens and bathrooms for many satisfied clients.

Commercial clients have ranged from the Carlingwood Mall, Sunlife Insurance, P.S.A.C. M & M Meat shops, Wal-Mart Distribution Warehouse and New York Fries, just to name a few.
