We are very picky clients and Maisonart was very patient with us. They were willing to do little extras to help us stretch our budget. Despite some tension along the road, I would still highly recommend Maisonart.

PROS: Sticks to budget, will work with you to get as much as you can with your money. Will (eventually) deliver what they promise. Upstanding guys. Respects your home.

CONS: They changed a design during construction which we asked them to change back to original. This caused a delay in completion. Sometimes they wouldn't call to say they were late or not coming that day.

NOTE: Glass was not part of Maisonart's scope.
It was pregutted and rough plumbing in correct spots. We provided fixtures and tiles). ~$3500 project.

We appreciate the 4/5 star rating. Delays in completion were a synthesis of various factors including alterations in the roughed-in plumbing for the toilet and vanity. Tension during the construction process wasn't provoked by Maisonart or any of it's employees. I will defend our service and code of conduct as being honorable.

My concrete garage floor has been pitted for a number of years. Dino from Maisonart Inc. has recommended a solution and product to address the problem with my garage floor. The solution was cost effective and the work was executed with care and in a timely and professional manner. I would recommend Dino and his team from Maisonart Inc. for home improvement projects.

Our family employed Maisonart for the renovation of my parent's master bathroom. The bathroom is very large and the decor/fixtures dated back to the early 80s, so an overhaul was long overdue. We needed the work done well and within a very tight timeline (this was a 'surprise' for my parents, they were on vacation for 2 weeks and that's the timeframe in which we had to get the job done). Maisonart worked quickly, efficiently and very professionally. The major task in the project was to completely renovate the walk-in shower. Tiles had to be removed, mold cleared out, retiling done, new fixtures....the whole shebang. And, based on the expert advice of Maisonart, the shower door was replaced and the entry to the shower widened. Maisonart exceeded our expectations, came well within budget and best of all, ensured that we had a perfect surprise for our parents when they came back from their vacation. I would not hesitate to recommend Maisonart for any scale of renovation. Thanks for a job well done!

Three things were important to us in this particular job: trust, reliability and commitment to get the job done on time and within budget. Dino and his team met all three with flying colours. Dino and his team of trades people were very professional, they worked neatly and showed respect to the rest of our house and the fact that we had two small children. Tools and supplies were carried in through our kitchen, yet there was no scuffs or marks to any of the walls. Dino and his team also seemed to meet various challenges well and came back to fix anything that we were not satisfied with – even the smallest detail was not an issue for his team. We had heard many horror stories about contractors; however, we were very pleasantly surprised with Maisonart. Great job guys!
