Pine Glen exceeded all our expectations. We hired Eddie to replace our outdated open staircase with a modern dark stained oak staircase and install cherry hardwood on our main floor. Pine Glen Developments offered the best customer service I have had for any type of house renovation i have completed over the years. I recently re-did my entire kitchen upgrading to granite, new sink, lighting and plumbing and an extensive renovation of my living room area (new interior walls, newly installed skylight, pot lights along with trim and crown moulding).

Eddie and his team worked hard to realize our vision. When we were at a loss to find the right tub to fit both the space and our design - he managed to find just the thing. Eddie facilitates well. Even when a hurricane shut down our tile supplier, Eddie and his team just reshuffled the project sequence and we barely noticed a disruption in project timing. We are still speaking about the great job that was done on our two washrooms. The workers were very professional. Any job that made noise was scheduled where little or nor employees were working. The timelines were very important to us as we were hosting customers meetings soon after the scheduled completion date. Also it came in on budger. They went over and above our expectations. Very flexible with us wanting to purchase our own tiles (we found a great deal for glass and marble tiles -backsplash). The quality of the work was great.

It was a pleasure dealing with this company. They worked with me to address my budgetary constraints and the work was started on time and completed on time as promised. The facility was kept clean and everything was moved back to its place after completion of the work. Highly recommended

Well, Well, Well...where do I start with Eddie! I met him during a friends bathroom renovation two years back. We briefly spoke about some ideas I had for our own ensuite at home. Eddie's team has done a great job to do the basement. He is a very experienced contractor and gave us a lot of good suggestions about the space and design, for example, his creative idea to build an extra storage space has gave us additional rooms. Meanwhile, his team is a professional one which maintain the basement clean and in order. Our interaction with Pine Glen was a pleasure from start to finish. We had to be out of the country for part of the time and were kept informed of the progress of our work with regular emails including pictures. Eddy was very helpful and his team were all experts--we will definitely use their services again.

Eddie and Pine Glen Development exceeded our expectations in the quality of work we received to finish our basement. It was a big project in a small space, with a full bath, bedroom, playroom, living room, storage and bult-ins. We looked at several contractors and although Pine Glen was the most expensive, we knew the quality would make it worth it, and it was - every penny. Eddie had a lot of ideas for the basement and really helped find the most space for us with what we had. Eddie made sure that every detail matched our upstairs so it was an extension of our home to every last piece. The flooring looked the same, they found the same pickets for the stairs, and Eddie even changed our french doors at the last minute and at his own cost to match what we have upstairs so that it would look seamless.

The only negative comment I had was that it didn't happen on time, but it wasn't Pine Glen's fault. There were a few mistakes from suppliers that caused delays. The only part we were not happy with originally was the painting, but they would not let us be unhappy with anything, so he had new painters come and finish the job to make sure we were completely satisfied with the end result. 95% of the time the trades cleaned up their jobs by the end of the day so that we didn't even realize they were there when we walked in the door. This was really good considering I had an 18 month old running around.

The custom work was amazing. They built a built-in bookcase and a built-in toy bench in the playroom - both beautiful pieces that finish the space. The fireplace nook is my favorite space. I wasn't happy with the brick I chose at first but with Eddie's help we found a way to make it look exactly like what I had in my mind. Every idea I came up with, he worked with me to make it a reality.

I absolutely love my downstairs (we won't call it a basement - it is really a lower level) and the whole family enjoys it. I especially love the french frosted glass pocket doors to close off the playroom. It is truly fantastic.

I can't say enough about Eddie. He kept in touch with us at all times and was always there to listen and help out and really was focused on the details. He wanted to make us happy and he truly did. I would recommend their work to anyone.

Pine Glen Developments redid our en suite bathroom and they were exceptional to work with. The pricing was fair but more important was the responsiveness. They were practically on-call 24/7 - they returned phone calls and text messages at all hours to assure us that whatever issue was at hand, they would handle it.

The trades were courteous and competent. We had the en suite bathroom completely gutted and rebuilt and as promised, the project was completed in time for the holidays.

During the entire renovation, we did not feel inconvenienced at all. It was a great experience and I'm more than happy to give Pine Glen Development our full recommendation.

It was a devastating experience but Pine Glen Developments helped us get through the ordeal, making it as painless as possible.They worked long hours to help complete the basement as soon as possible. We were not inconvenienced at all - they cleaned up quickly, were courteous to us, very professional in dealing with us, constant communication and suggestions and made sure we knew what was happening each step of the way. Pine Glen Development also handled the replacement of the furnace, hot water tank and air conditioning.
