KCL Renovations was delightful to work with. They didn't mind all the questions and suggestions. They showed up on time every day and when something changed the let us know most of the time. We love our basement and all the work the boys did for us.

Couple of young guys who do good work. This was a 2 part quote for work and I chose to complete only Job 1 and delay Job 2 until Spring. They showed up on time, I think Job 1 took an hour or so longer than they planned - but they stayed past dinner time when finished to clean everything up and take all garbage and off cuts etc. with them. Very courteous, friendly. I left them alone for a couple hours without any worries. In discussing the quote for Job 2 (bathroom refresh of shower area with tile and plumbing repair) they were open to me completing the demo work and arranging for my own plumber - so great flexibility there. I fully understood that in that scenario, any delays or issues with what I managed would be mine. I will be asking KCL back to complete Job 2 in the Spring.

I contacted Ken Long of KCL renovations to discuss the installation of a custom entertainment unit with an electric fireplace to exhibit my newly acquired big screen television. From the initial meeting to discuss the project to its completion, the guys demonstrated a high level of professionalism. All of my inputs were gathered and an agreed upon cencept soon started the project underway. The project was completed on time, on budget and I could not be more pleased with the finished product. They were courteous, always cleaning up to ensure customer satisfaction and generally great to deal with.
