The following is a sample of current and completed projects over the last 12 years.

Current Projects:

-Conversion of a Wine makeing warehouse, to a Home Hardware retail outlet and garden center. Project included a 1800 square foot addition. ( Toronto )

-Renovation and new construction of 5 washrooms in an exceutive home. Complete interior repainting, some areas had 22' ceilings. Additon of new roof hatch with intergrated skylight to acess future green roof. (North York)

-Installation of 5 large beams in a home, to open up space. Job included new basenment footing and structuall steel columns, all under the direction of engineering firm. (Danforth)

-Several other Beam and Footing jobs for the same engineering firm.

-Construction of a 900sq/ft rear deck. (Scarborough)

-Current 630sq/ft rear addition with full basement and center walkout. (Scarborough)

-Foundation waterproofing on a house, with limited access, 7 feet below finished grade. All by hand. (West Tornnto)

-Many linear feet of Fenceing throughout the GTA. Postholes, footings...

Projects completed of the last 12 years

A 14 month renovation, for the Jewish Community Center(Spadina&Bloor)

Completed most of rough carpentry and interior demolition. Formed and poured retail floor on bloor street side. Underpinned entire bloor street east to west line of building wall. Provided excavation services, using 30 (14 yard bins) of dirt, for the creation of new dance floor space underneath retail floor.

National Ballet School, installed all required shoring to stabilize 5 story Havergal College building. Installed all required wood framing and and structual wood openings. Installed over 600 sheets of 5/8" T&G plywood.

-Third story addition on Hannaford street Toronto; Removed existing roof on two story house, framed new floor, walls and structual flat roof, for roof top deck. Finished all aspects of renoivation, we also added a rear basement addition, with flat deck above.

-Playter Ave. Complete 3 story gut renovation, added custom in house built kitchen, radiant flooring in basement.

-Provide Misc. carpentry services to Mayfair health chain on two large renovations.

We have all our own tools power and hand. We also have a 5' wide Bobcat skid steer loader with several attachments, 3' wide articulated loader for tight access and our own rolloff truck and trailer with our own trash bins.

We use only certified trades to do work for us. People who have a completed a formal apprenticeship, not handy men.

Volunteer for Habitat for Humanity. Have completed many projects for them.

Communtiy race relations award for, voluntiring services to complete wood work on parade floats for the Police and Fire services. Have done this for over 9 years.
